Happy Customer Policy

We guarantee live delivery.

We have the best quality exotic fish selection and do our best to make sure they arrive at your door safe and sound. Once your fish are well-fed and ready to make the trip, we put them in breathable bags, use isolated boxes with heat packs(in cold weathers) to make sure they will survive the outdoor conditions. Then, we ship with UPS overnight shipping to be received early in the day.

On the off chance, if a fish arrives dead, please follow the instructions below;

  • Take a picture of the fish in the bag before removing it.
  • Then open the bag laying out the fish and take a second picture.
  • These photos must be emailed within 2 hours of receipt of the box.

If the pictures are not received within 2 hours the guarantee is voided. However, there are sometimes extenuating circumstances. If there is a problem please call us and we will do our best to make you happy.

If you want to cancel an order, please note that we charge %10 of the order as a processing fee. This is what we are charged by the credit card processing company.

Please Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you need a replacement, we need to charge you for the freight.
