Glass Knifefish 3.5 to 5 INCH

The Glass Knifefish has the typical knifefish body shape, flat and elongated with an arched back. What makes this one stand out from other knife fish is the fact that it has a transparent body. Some actually call it a transparent knifefish, but it’s latin name is Eigenmannia virescens. It is a peaceful fish, but it will eat any small fish that fit in it’s mouth.
