Albino Heckelii Cichlid

The Albino Heckelii Cichlid is relatively peaceful in the tank and will not prey on anything larger than a couple of centimeters in size. Suitable tank mates are too numerous to list but include most peaceful species enjoying similar environmental conditions.

Although the colorful African cichlids may steal the show most of the time, new world cichlids make up some of the most popular species for hobbyists. In fact cichlidae may be our favorite fish family. Some interesting cichlids include: Oscar, angelfish, and even discus!
Cichlids make great additions to any freshwater aquarium, thanks to their eye-popping color. These fish are loved by many, and there are a bunch of varieties to choose from!
